Payment methods accepted are, Credit Card and Afterpay (shop now – pay later!).
Afterpay offers Munchbox Mini customers the ability to pay in four equal, fortnightly payments. All you need is a debit or credit card for instant approval. The credit or debit card you provide will be automatically charged on the due dates of your invoice or log in to the customer portal to repay with an alternative method. Just click the Afterpay option at checkout, create your account and confirm your purchase. Afterpay pay us on your behalf, your order is processed and packed and sent. You pay back Afterpay fortnightly via your chosen automatic debit. No fees and it’s easy! Please note there are no change of mind exchanges on Afterpay purchases.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 on all orders within Australia. We ship orders Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch the next business day after receiving your order, unless an item that forms part of your order is on back-order or is a pre-order. We ship using Australia Post express/standard post or courier.
Munchbox Mini offer FREE delivery on all orders over $150 (after any discounts).
Please allow 14 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery and we email a shipping confirmation on dispatch. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Munchbox Mini will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Australia Post provides no provision to outline specific delivery instructions with their parcel delivery services. If you would like your parcel sent via courier with a signature on delivery, please contact us before ordering. If a parcel is given authority to leave we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

Free Local Pickup
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from us. We are located in Coomera which is just off the M1 on the northern end of the Gold Coast. We do not accept cash on collection, all orders need to be paid in full at checkout. Pick ups are only available Monday to Friday. Don't forget to select "free local pickup" at the checkout.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on back order and is in transit to us. Pre-order item delivery times vary and the delivery time will be updated on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. The estimated release date stated on the product page is the date we expect to receive the stock at Munchbox Mini. Stock can arrive earlier, or later if delayed in transit.
